​Roei Ben-Tolila is a senior staff member at the Mandel Leadership Institute. Prior to his work at Mandel, Roei was involved in leadership development as the founder and CEO of Roim Leadership, and as a facilitator for the MAOZ Fellows program. In recent years, Roei has worked to promote multi-sectorial change involving leaders from the private, public, and non-profit sectors. Roei played for Israel’s national wheelchair basketball team for 12 years, and represented Israel at six European championships. He is the author of At Heart Level: Fighting for Meaning, which examines willpower in leadership and the capacity of every individual to transform crises into opportunities. Roei holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from Bar-Ilan University, and a master’s degree in organizational consulting and development from the College of Management Academic Studies. As part of his responsibilities at the Mandel Leadership Institute, Roei serves as a facilitator and tutor in the Mandel Youth Leadership Program.
