Nili Tal

Nili Tal is an organizational consultant and group facilitator. In the past, she headed health promotion for Maccabi Healthcare Services, where she initiated and led cross-organizational projects designed to promote quality medicine. Today, Nili is involved in leadership development, intra-organizational entrepreneurship, and consulting work. She also accompanies organizational change processes in the business sector and in the educational institutions of Israel’s Defense Ministry, and guides organizations in clarifying their organizational and educational visions and missions. In addition, she provides strategic consulting services to help organizations identify and develop their core capabilities, leads projects, guides staff development, and mentors managers facing educational, organizational, and managerial challenges. Nili holds a bachelor's degree in human nutrition from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and has two master's degrees from Bar-Ilan University, one in sociology and anthropology and the other in organizational consulting. At the Mandel Leadership Institute, Nili is a faculty member in the Mandel IDF Educational Leadership Program.
