Dr. Noga Bing

Dr. Noga Bing is an expert in the fields of Jewish education, the Haredi (ultra-Orthodox) community, and gender studies. Alongside her work at the Mandel Leadership Institute, she is the director of the Melton Centre for Jewish Education of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Previously, she served as the director of the department of teacher training at the Hebrew University’s Seymour Fox School of Education. Noga holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the Hebrew University’s Revivim program for outstanding Jewish educators, and holds a doctorate in Hasidism and gender from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Noga also studied interior design and is involved in design in her free time. As part of her work as a senior staff member at the Mandel Leadership Institute, Noga is a faculty member in the Mandel Youth Leadership Program and is responsible for overseeing the Institute’s elective courses for fellows.
